I teach a variety of Alternative Healing and Therapy modalities. One of the most well known healing techniques is Energy Meridian Cleansing, Clearing and Healing. My first interaction with Meridian Therapy was through the techniques taught by Gary Craig called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Then I found Donna Eden's work called Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology. I used those techniques to clear some of my own issues. Clearing and releasing allergies is one example. I got great results from using those techniques and started teaching others and sharing my experiences.  

 

Sometime later, after working with the Ascended Masters, teachers and healers in the Ascension Group, I later developed my own routines. The fundamental aspects of Meridian Clearing is now one of my primary focuses. The method I teach is called T'NT which is an acronym for Tap and Talk. It includes a few other energy clearing applications that I have learned over the years while working with my own guides, teachers and healers.

T.N.T.  (or any similar modality) is easy to learn and highly effective. The most common issue that I have found with tapping routines is that people often say that they don't know how to begin or what part of the problem to reference. A good coach can easily help you learn the tapping routine and help you get unstuck when you need a little help. That's where intuition comes in. Using our intuition, practitioners can easily tap into your issues and help you develop a healing routine for your specific problem. Meridian Clearing and Healing is easy to use when we know how to work with it, but finding the root causes of our problems can sometimes be an illusive mystery.

As a coach, I can help you find your way as you navigate through your own healing path. Using my intuitive abilities, I can "look" at the problems you are addressing and help you find a starting point or help you identify the hidden walls that are blocking your progress.  I offer a variety of coaching techniques that give you the opportunity to stay connected with me on a regular basis or get help only when you need a helping hand. Meridian Clearing is one of the simplest and most effective self help techniques that I've ever used. I highly recommend it for everyone.

A Path Less Taken - When I embarked on my personal journey of spiritual exploration through prayer and meditation I had no idea that I would someday be teaching the things that I was learning. My only incentive when I began nearly 30 years ago was to know the truth about spirituality and religion the way that God intended. I wanted to find the real answers to my questions and share them with others. That seemed simple enough to me at the time. However, my actual experiences were far beyond my greatest expectations. I re-calibrated my learning, stepping it down and translating it so that I can now offer the techniques that I learned on my journey, using them as a support system for others seeking inner guidance.

Master Light - Master Love

There are no words to adequately describe the feeling of being in the presence of an Ascended Master or having a master or angelic being appear in your inner vision while in a deep meditative state. It's one of those things that must truly be experienced to be fully understood and appreciated. I had no idea that communicating with Ascended Masters was possible - until it happened.

 

I grew up in the Christian tradition, in a fairly devout family. I was a Sunday School teacher for small children and a church Secretary/Treasurer when I was in my mid to late teens. I loved being part of the church. Church was a place where like minded people came together to celebrate the Divine. Church provided me with a foundation through which I could commune with Divine Spirit. Even though my personal experiences have changed my perceptions, I will always be grateful for the things that I learned in church.

As I entered into my prayer/meditation routine each day, I always started out aligning with the Ascended Master that I knew as Jesus the Christ. I prayed to Jesus to help me in my quest because that is what was in my heart. There was something very deep within me that "knew" that he was true and real. No one needed to convince me of that. I simply " knew... that I knew... that I knew." No doubt, no false flags, he has always been a part of my life. Try to imagine my surprise when Jesus started appearing in my inner vision during those deep meditations. As time went on, I not only saw him in my inner vision, but he spoke to me telepathically as well.

 

It was a little confusing for me at first because my routine was to start out in prayer and then go into meditation. I prayed to God and Jesus daily. I then entered into an alignment process with them where I aligned and connected the inner divine energies that were within me, with each of them individually. No one told me to do that. I didn't have a teacher, a guru or a human guide or teacher. I simply knew how to do it. It was inside of me, hidden from the surface of my conscious mind. Prayer and meditation were two separate things when I began. What I now know as Prayer/meditation opened a door to a deeply hidden private realm. Using my inner vision and communication skills (telepathy) in this way eventually enabled me to connect with many loving beings who had once lived earth lives but who now reside in higher dimensions or the mansion worlds, as Jesus referred to them. (You can read an upcoming article called INNER STAR that I will post in the near future. This article tells the story of how I started doing Astral Journeys.)

One day as I meditated Jesus came to me through inner vision and telepathic communication. He asked me to follow him on an astral journey. I followed closely behind as he guided me through inner space. When we arrived at our destination he revealed a beautiful garden that was off to my left. He said that he would be leaving me there, but someone would soon join me. As I went into the garden I was drawn to a white stone bench tucked into a grouping of shrubs. I sat down to wait for whomever was coming. I had no idea of who it was or why I was there. 

​

Almost instantly, as if by magic, I suddenly saw a beautiful man all dressed in white sitting beside me. I recognize him, but I could feel his presence very clearly. He was the most handsome man I'd ever seen. He wore a turban on his head with an enormous deep blue oval sapphire gemstone in the center, over his Brow Chakra. He spoke to me telepathically with what translated to me as a soft, loving voice. His message melted into my very core. Being in the garden with an ascended master is an experience that I will never forget. 

​

I must have gone into a higher level of consciousness as he spoke because I don't remember exactly what he said to me that day. All I know is that several years later I learned that the man who greeted with me in the garden was the Ascended Master El Morya. A few years later I started working with a group of Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels and Beings of Pure Light who first referred to their group energy as The Ascension Group.

​

One of the most amazing things about that kind of experience is the realization that we sometimes make agreements on the other side of the veil, before we incarnate into human bodies. Some of us agree to work with these beings while we are here on the Earth but often have no conscious memory of it. Every incarnated soul passes through 'The Veil of Forgetfulness' on our way into our Earth incarnations. As a result, we often don't remember those agreements that we made before we were born - until and unless we are spiritually awakened. I've read that sometimes people who have made spiritual agreements don't awaken at all after they incarnate. For whatever reason, these spiritual adepts return to the wheel of karma and must go around the cycles of birth and death again. I feel so blessed that I was given the opportunity to awaken and do the Great Work with those beautiful, enlightened beings.

​

My path may not be considered an ordinary one. It certainly exceeded all of my life expectations. That's why I understand how difficult it is for most people to process and accept such occurrences, from an normal 'human' perspective. But no matter how difficult it is for anyone to understand or accept, it is my truth and my reality.

 

Like many other Light-workers and Star-seeds, I came here to help others awaken to their own spirituality and their own higher truth, and I will always honor that above all else. Our spirituality is the most personal aspect of life. It stands separate from all other relationships that we have. It sometimes takes a tremendous amount of faith to walk such a path alone, feeling separate and sometimes even isolated from the "normal" world, but when you have experiences like these, you know that it is your true calling. As I have been told many times by my teachers and guides, "you are one of these."

I love teaching, doing Spiritual Workshops and working with Alternative Healing & Therapy modalities that the Masters, Angels, Archangels, Light Beings and Star Beings have taught me. I honor the work that they so lovingly do as they teach through me, meaning things that are energetically and telepathically transmitted to students and clients. This is my way of following my true path and giving back in the service of the One True God - Divine God/Goddess/All That Is.
